 If you have a website we can help you get the best from it with a varied range of training and support including:

Online Training

If you prefer to hold your training session online in the comfort of your own home as an individual or in an office as a group we can do that. We simply set up a remote training session where we can arrange to demonstrate website administration, etc on your own PC via the internet. This way you get to see how things are done using your own PC with an opportunity for interaction from both you and Abbey Web Design.

This form of training is ideal if you are too busy to meet up and if you are comfortable with a non personal approach to training.

Face to Face Training

If you prefer the personal touch we can arrange to have a site visit or perhaps to meet at an arranged location. Training sessions can be delivered to individuals or small groups. It is best to have your own PC available so you can see how best to manage and administer your website using your own machine.

Video Tutorials & Training Tools

We have started to publish a number of 'How To' videos that can help with common tasks, such as, creating a new page, adding an image. These videos are designed to help those who are managing a website for the first time or as a reminder for those who have just completed training or have not managed the website for some time. More videos will be added in due course so if you have something that you think should be available let us know.

We also provide access to a training website. This is a full content management website that you can play with and try things out before making live changes to your own website. A very useful tool for those who are trying something new or are just not quite sure. Make a mistake and break something, no worries that is what it is for!
