Integrate Facebook Page With Your Website

A quick How To describing how to integrate your Facebook Page within your website. This assumes you have access to administer your website and are able to edit your web pages.

• First, visit the Facebook Like Box Plugin page
• You will then see a short description followed by a configuration box and an example of how your Like Box plugin will look.
• In the configuration box enter the address of your Facebook page, e.g. http://www.facebook.com/abbeywebdesign
• You can also configure the width of the box to be displayed. The size will depend on the design of your own website and where you intend to display it on your site.
• Select a light or dark colour scheme, again your choice will depend on the look and feel of your own website.
• You can tick or untick to display faces, post stream and header. All your choices will be reflected in the visual example on the right of the configuration box.
• Once you are happy with the way it looks, click the 'Get Code' button.
• You will then be able to copy the code for the Like Box and update your web pages to show it.

What to watch for!

• If you have configured your Facebook page with Country Restrictions or Age Restrictions your plugin won't be visible unless your visitors have already logged into Facebook.
